Our personal training sessions take place in our modest size industrial warehouse facility which is perfect for the one on one sessions we provide.
Far from the fancy, crowded commercial gym atmosphere that many of us have been a member of at some point and time. No fancy expensive machines that often have you confused of their proper functions. And YES it gets a bit hot and sweaty at times! What's primarily provided are basic tools needed to build a better body, and a knowledgeable trainer to coach you through the process. So if you are not afraid of new challenges, and excited about a new lifestyle, we open our doors for you to walk in as a "work in progress" and walk out as a potential MASTERPIECE!!!!
